Who I am

“Be the change you want to see in the world.” M. Gandhi

I was born in 1962 and raised in East Germany. After the wall came down, I moved to Berlin in 1990 to study Social Sciences with my two small kids in tow. After my Master’s degree in 1995, I have been working as a business consultant, trainer and coach with a wide range of expertise, leading large-scale projects and coaching top management executives.

I founded two consulting companies in Berlin OrganisationsBeratungKlinger GmbH (2001) and Singapore OCKinger Pte Ltd. (2011).

In 2009, I came in contact with medidation via the SoulCentre Singapore after a near burnout. I quickly realized the huge potential of meditation as a mind training tool to improve life in any perspective. I received my certification as a MeditationTeacher and B.E.S.T. Life Coach at SoulCentre Singapore in 2012. Since then, I have been conducting meditation trainings and working as a Life Coach along side my profession as a business coach and consultant in Asia and Europe.

I am also trained in Mindfulness with the PotentialProject Singapore. Mindfulness is a part of meditation and we strive to implement a mindfulness approach to the workplace to create a more efficient and healthier working environment.

Fascinated about the mind, I always look for the absolutely best and efficient system to improve the lives of my students and clients. In 2013, I was introduced to NeurOptimal® NeuroFeedback and started to train myself. The results I experienced were so extraordinary good, that I wanted to share them with others and since February 2014, I am a certified NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback trainer with Zengar/Canada. A safe, mind-blowing training to help your brain become focused and clear, to remove all self-destructive thought routines, and to work efficiently.

I am married and our four adult kids have left home already.

I love to go swimming and Nordic Walking and love to practice Yoga. I am exploring the ocean when I go diving and enjoy myself when I do gardening.

How I became a NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback trainer

Train your mind to be happy! As with many skills in life, they don’t necessarily come naturally to us or they get lost over time. But it is true, you can teach your mind to be happy and focused.

Working as a coach and consultant I have observed many people getting stuck in unfortunate situations, dominated by a mind, that is busy processing old cycles of thoughts and belief systems – not fit for today’s life anymore. Even if you realise that these negative experiences are holding you back to start new or to let go of the past, you may not be able to do so just out of will power.

In 2009 while already living in Singapore, the first technique I have learnt to control my thoughts and to train my mind was Meditation. As a result of an absolutely overloaded mind, traveling between the continents and serving customers in Europe and Asia, I realised I needed to do something with my mind and discovered the huge potential of meditation as a non-religious mind-training tool to improve my life in all perspectives.

But there was something else I also realised, Meditation works for me, but not for everyone. Being naturally curious, I did not stop to look for other ways to influence my mental fitness and well-being. I discovered NeurOptimal® Dynamical Neurofeedback® an advanced brain fitness program to improve the ability of better self-regulation, flexibility and resilience.

Today, I offer brain training via NeurOptimal® Dynamical Neurofeedback and/or Meditation expanding my coaching and consultancy services to help my clients reach their PEAK PERFORMANCE and to excel in their learning results.
